Outdoor therapy offers a chance to travel through nature, take notice of the natural world around us and the changing of seasons. It gives us the opportunity to experience the healing that nature provides, together with the transformation that counselling and psychotherapy offers.

In person appointments take place in a safe, warm and welcoming room, which becomes our space. 

It's where we can build a relationship, where all emotions and feelings are accepted and where you can  take steps to understand yourself.
