I will collect and store personal information about you which is pertinent to staying in touch and information that may be useful for our sessions. I will collect and store information such as your name, date of birth, telephone numbers, postal address, email address and other information that you share in any way with me. This may include sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information (as defined by Data Protection Law) includes: race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, health and ethnic origin. You may tell me sensitive personal information about family or friends which, if pertinent to our work, I may also store.

How Long I Will Hold Your Information For

The standard practice is to hold information for 10 years. Your information will be stored in a secure online location with two-factor identification.

I will take steps to ensure that your data is stored securely. When working with email, over the internet or via post, nothing is 100% secure and if you choose to send your person details to me in this way, you do so at your own risk. Once I receive your information, I make every effort to ensure it is kept securely.
