Hello, my name is Gemma.
I know that life can sometimes feel really difficult. We might need support to process and build our lives after trauma, we might feel anxious or down without realising why, or we might need specialist help as we navigate perinatal mental health difficulty.
I treat everyone as an individual and know that each person will need something different.
At Ash Bridge Therapy, we will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, support you to understand yourself. and to have authentic, meaningful relationships with others.
If you would like your therapy sessions to take place in a warm and welcoming traditional therapy room, I work at Chorley New Road in Bolton (pictured above).
Our room offers a confidential, private space with space to sit, stand and move around - however you feel comfortable.
I am trained in walking therapy and am passionate about the positive impact that being in nature has on our wellbeing.
If you're interested in exploring outdoor therapy, please get in touch to discuss availability and locations around the Bolton, Lancashire and North Manchester area.
Are you or your organisation looking for reflective practice, clinical supervision, coaching and therapeutic coaching.
Contact me today to find out how I can help.

I am trained in and have worked with people who have survived domestic abuse and childhood trauma, and people experiencing depression, anxiety and fertility issues.
I love being outdoors and surrounded by nature. I know the positive impact that nature can have on our health and wellbeing, and integrate that into my practice.
